The SC-7332, part of our 7000 OX Series, is an XRF sample cup consisting of two double open ended inners with caps designed for ease of assembly into aluminum holder supplied by Oxford® Instruments. Sample cup inners are engineered to deliver a taut film surface area. The removal of the inner from the aluminum holder is easy and quick due to the inner design that includes two low profile tabs that facilitate disengagement.
