The SC-4547 XRF Sample Cups are designed for use with XOS® and HORIBA X-ray Instruments in petroleum analysis, as well as other XRF analyzers requiring large aperture masks. These cups excel under single-open conditions, providing backpressure for bottom-loading applications. With a unique oversize ring, they ensure taut and smooth attachment of thin films for accurate analysis. Featuring a collar for enhanced thin film attachment stability and a bi-directional ring for ease of use, the cups offer seamless and efficient ring-to-cup assembly. Equipped with a thermoplastic seal for venting and pressure equalization, they are versatile and ideal for handling liquids, volatiles, powders, and slurries in air or helium environments. This innovative design ensures reliability and precision in X-ray fluorescence (XRF) applications.
