Premier offers competitive Service Agreements and Field Service on site visits for The Original PHOENIX Fusion Machine Series Models, including the New VFD Series.

These agreements are typically Standard Full Service Agreements with 1 or 2 Scheduled visits per year. In addition, they provide customers the freedom to "Call-In" Emergency Service Calls at no extra charge or fee surprises. Premier can also design agreements to specifically meet your company's needs.

Platinum Service Program

This Service Agreement provides for a specific number of field visits for one calendar year (One or Two) by one of our certified service technicians (Scheduled or Emergency Visit) to perform Scheduled Preventive Maintenance, and/or Repair Instrument for optimum performance and sample throughput. Includes all parts, labor, travel and incidentals. One Price includes all.

Gold Service Program

This Service Agreement provides for a specific number of field visits for one calendar year (One or Two) by one of our certified service technicians (Scheduled or Emergency Visit) to perform Scheduled Preventive Maintenance, and/or Repair Instrument for optimum performance and sample throughput. This Program is the similar to our Platinum Plan; but limited as it does not include any major parts.

Silver PM Service Program

This Service Agreement provides for a specific number of field visits for one calendar year (One or Two) by one of our certified service technicians to perform Scheduled Preventive Maintenance for optimum performance and sample throughput. In addition, we will extend 20% Labor Discounts on any corrective maintenance work required or emergency service needed, separate from the scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit(s), during the contract period. This Price does not include any major parts.
