We offer service agreements and field service on-site visits for Phoenix fusion machine models, including the new VFD series.
These agreements are typically standard full service agreements with one or two scheduled visits per year. In addition, they provide customers the freedom to "call-in" emergency service calls at no extra cost. PREMIER can also design agreements to specifically meet your company's needs.
Available Service Plans
Service Agreement “A”
Benefits:
- Provides for two on-site service visits within a twelve-month period by one of our certified service engineers.
- Includes up to 8 man-hours of preventative maintenance and/or repair service on installed machine.
- All travel & living costs of field service engineer included.
- Allows customer to substitute one “emergency call-out” for one pre-scheduled on-site service call at no extra charge.
- Provides a 20% discount on standard labor and travel rates.
- Provides a 20% discount on cleaning and polishing of platinum lab ware.
Service Agreement “B”
Benefits:
